Beyond Sunday, St George's keeps a daily life of welcome, listening, and practical care for those who pass through our door.
As a city-centre parish, St George’s sits at a particular crossroads of Belfast life. Our community work seeks to be quiet, steady, and rooted in the Christian conviction that every person who comes through the door is welcome.
We host community meals and gatherings throughout the year, support a number of charitable initiatives, and open the building for talks, concerts, and reflective spaces in the city’s cultural calendar. Volunteers are at the heart of all of this, and we are always glad of help — whether for a single occasion or as a regular part of parish life.

Tea and coffee follow the 11.00am Sunday Eucharist. It is a simple way to meet people and begin to feel at home in the parish, whether you come every week or are visiting for the first time.
